Day 1 Orientation/Welcome Ceremony

January 22, 2018 (Monday)

Today is our Welcome Ceremony and Orientation Day.

We are 18 SEA-TEACHERS intern students here in Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage from Philippines and Indonesia for the 5th Batch.

We had a tour in the VRU Demonstration School. We were welcomed warmly by the students and teachers. VRU students performed a Thai dance, played traditional instruments, presented English proficiency skills and showed their instructional materials.

We ate tom yam kung at President’s Hotel during our lunch. After eating, we went to SATIT VRU School. Mr. Adam told us about our requirements for portfolio – profile, passport (scan copy), evaluation forms, lesson plans, daily reports and photos.

In the afternoon, we went to Future Park to exchange money and buy phone.
